At Mulse Enterprises, every product is designed with creativity and care. But if something isn't quite right, we’re happy to offer a Return or Exchange option — because your satisfaction matters to us.


⏰ Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.


✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order ID or receipt).
  • A valid reason must be provided (e.g., wrong item received, item arrived damaged, etc.).
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a damaged, defective, or missing product. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process a return, replacement, or refund.

❌ Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling
  • Requests made after the 2-day window
  • Claims without an unboxing video

🔄 Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved: We’ll ship the replacement product within 3–5 business days, depending on availability.
